Founder

Harrison founded No. 3 Retailers in July 2024, after a long tenure in the food and beverage industry. Inspired by operational efficiencies and a commitment to continuous improvement, he saw an opportunity to capitalize on other businesses' wasteful practices while producing equitable outcomes for consumers.

Harrison's career began with his local Chick-fil-A franchisee, where he quickly learned principles of system optimization and servant leadership. Harrison attended Furman University, graduating in 2021 with degrees in Business, Economics, and Sustainability, with the hopes of translating those skills to his own business one day.

Out of college, Harrison held a variety of roles in the coffee industry. Most notably, Harrison led the expansion of a Human Bean franchise group into the Carolinas, spearheaded the founding of Canal Coffee Co., and assisted Night Swim Coffee in the development of strong financial controls as they expanded outside of their Charlotte home base.

Outside of work, Harrison can be found on the freeway with his border collie copilot, Silas. Harrison enjoys the finer things in life - jamming to music, binge watching Peaky Blinders, $8 bottles of wine, and his daily lunch at his old stomping grounds of CFA - except, of course, on Sundays.
