Our Why…
At No.3 Retailers, we believe in a future where the American workplace is a source of fulfillment and opportunity for all. We want to design a future where individuals are empowered to pursue their passions and contribute meaningfully to society, where work is a source of satisfaction, not definition.
We challenge the status quo of corporate greed and inefficiency and reject the idea that a successful business must exploit its workers and the environment.
We want to prioritize people by committing to a work environment where employees feel valued. We want to protect the planet we inhabit by reducing waste and promoting and rewarding sustainable practices. We want to empower consumers by adopting an attitude of transparency, affordability, and ethical consumption. We hope to inspire a new era of business, business that makes decisions for people, for planet, and for posterity.
Thoughts:
Unlike other large corporations, we are committed to never laying off employees. We believe that careful hiring practices and strategic planning can help us avoid overstaffing, even during busy seasons. By fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency, we aim to create a stable and rewarding workplace for our team.
On People.
Our commitment to our people - our customers and our partners, is at the heart of our business model. With low-cost operations, and through maximizing inventory turnover, we can focus on affordability.
On Prices.
We strive to reduce the environmental impact of traditional retail shipping by minimizing redundant transportation and unused storage. We prioritize sustainable practices, ensuring your products are housed, moved, and overturned responsibly.
On Sustainability.
Mission
At No. 3 Retailers we are dedicated to putting people first. We know that without our loyal customers and our hardworking employees, there is no business. With that in mind, we are determined to create an environment where buyers needs and wants are heard, employee value is celebrated and made known, and prices are more than just affordable, they’re desirable.
Transparency
We know that the numbers turned out by businesses are not always easy to access or understand. At the heart of this issue is transparency. In the name of ethical corporate governance we promise to be 100% transparent with our operations in all areas. Beginning in 2025 we will be publishing these numbers with an open-access policy.
Return Policy
Mistakes happen and we believe in ownership. If we’ve made a mistake when it comes to your order we’ll own up to it and give you a full refund. However, to keep costs low for everyone we haven’t factored in return costs in our pricing model. If you cannot benefit from an item you’ve purchased we encourage you to donate it to a local non-profit to keep with our mission of reducing waste and serving people.
